What I liked? Location! Facilities! Findlay staff! Cleanliness, especially in public area! Breakfast - rich choices! Indoor/outdoor pool area! The restaurant KARHUNPESÄ...WOW...Atmosphere, decoration, arranging , cleanliness, luxury looking and extremely clean WC( public area), welcoming, complete the order (food and drinks) and especially the service (paying attention to small details. There at restaurant...Karhunpesä working professional staff. Breakfast waitress too! Around the hotel there are a lot of activities! Sweetable for families with kids, but not really for couples (my opinion). I was there just for one night: me, wife 5 & 3 years old kids. We couldn't see/try everything, but the place is really, really nice! When we have chance,we would come back again! All above is opinion from a person with a lot of experience, worked at 5* hotel as executive level staff. Well done people! Well done management! I would like to be able (but I'm not) to add more pictures, people who are looking for vacation places, that are worthy, to get much better idea about this wonderful place! p.s. One night only, staying there, is NOT enough to use and enjoy all the activities!

We are glad to say that choosing this hotel was a great decision for hosting relatives visiting from Seattle. We truly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The place offers plenty of wonderful amenities and is surrounded by beautiful nature to explore. Unfortunately, our time was very limited since we arrived after midnight and had to leave shortly after breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely superb — a wide variety of options, including a traditional Finnish breakfast, all presented with great quality and class. It was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Very nice hotel with lots of in- and outdoor activities for families and adults. The breakfast was very good and the Karhunpesä restaurant excellent. We also went to the swimming hall, but that was quite basic, enough for families with small kids though. There is also a movie theatre and we took advantage of their popcorn selection and watched a movie in the room. We also went to Superpark, but it is more for bigger kids and it was not well mainted and was a bit dirty. We slept very well and appreciated that you could open the windows for fresh air

1. The room was spacious, clean, cozy. The bed was very comfortable. 2. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees, in a beautiful and tranquil area. However, it is well connected: 5 min to the centre of Hyvinkää, 45 min to Helsinki by car. In the facilities they have a newly renovated swimming pool, big gym, huge playing area for the kids, cinema, escape room, beauty salon, restaurant. There is a ski slope nearby, hiking/skiing/bicycle trails and a rope park with a zip line.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly and professional. He upgraded my room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast area is very spacious, leaving a lot or room to enjoy a peaceful start of the day. The walk from the train station is easy and pleasant. I could not use the pool or other hotel facilities, which I plan to use a next time.

Clean and wonderful hotel with everything available. It was my first time, and I will definitely return. The breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, and the place was child-friendly in every detail. The only downside was some noise at night, possibly because our room was near the corridor door.
